Fall Financial Aid Refunds
Beginning the first day of Fall semester, August 24th, Fall financial aid checks will be available to pick up at the Controller's Office (AD 207). Students MUST provide a valid photo ID to receive any check- NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you need someone to pick up a check in your behalf, please send them with a short note of authorization that includes your full name, T# and the name of the person to receive the check.

If you need your check mailed to you, please call (435) 586-7724.


Accounts Payable Check Dates
In an effort to reduce costs, Accounts Payable will no longer be cutting checks on a daily basis. We will be paying travel reimbursements and certain check requisitions each Wednesday. All outside vendor payments, including purchase orders and certain check requisitions, will be paid twice a month. We request that you please take these changes into account when preparing your paperwork to authorize disbursements.
