- Benefits Open Enrollment for fiscal year 2013-2013 will run from April 22 - June 7. For additional information and to access the change forms click here. If you have any additional questions please contact Human Resources.
Benefit representative visits:
- Shawn Park (EMI Health): will be on-campus on Monday, May 13th from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm to answer questions about medical/dental/vision coverage and claims. He will be in the Human Resources Office. No appointments are necessary.
- Brody Perschon (Fidelity): will be on campus Thursday, May 23rd for one-on-one consultations about employee 401a, 403b, and/or 457 accounts. He will be in the HR Conference Room. Please click here to schedule an appointment under the Fidelity link.
- Mike Wilson (Utah Retirement Systems): will be in Cedar City Wednesday, May 29th, for one-on-one consultations about employee pensions + 401k plans with URS. He will be at UDOT Regional Headquarters' conference room (1470 N. Airport Road) from 12:00 - 5:00 pm. No appointments are necessary.
