Holiday Schedule
Each year, the President's staff determines the approved holidays of the University. The following named days are usually considered as holidays for employees under "salary contract":
July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010
- Independence Day - Friday, July 3
- Pioneer Day - Friday, July 24
- Labor Day - Monday, September 7
- Harvest Holiday - Monday, October 19
- Thanksgiving Break - Thursday and Friday, November 26 and 27
- Christmas - Friday, December 25
- New Year's - Friday, January 1
- Martin Luther King - Monday, January 18
- President's Day - Monday, February 15
- Good Friday - Friday, April 2
- Memorial Day - Monday, May 31
- Personal Leave Float Holiday (May be used any day during the current fiscal year. Needs to be submitted in your leave report under "Personal Leave Float Holiday". Must be used as a whole day. )
