Presently, Picaboo Yearbooks Utah (the only authorized dealer in Utah) is looking for talented and experienced Sales Representatives Statewide who enjoy selling, and who have the drive and determination to make Picaboo Yearbooks Utah an industry leader. This is a home:based, non:salaried opportunity with a commission compensation structure that generously rewards performance. It offers time management flexibility. Successful applicants will enjoy selling a product that: Targets a market with an established buying, budget and production infrastructure Stands far above anything else in the industry, and is a true game changer Is clearly superior to what customers have bought in the past or are currently buying now Scales and expands within schools to clubs, teams and other sub:groups Offers unprecedented personalization Key responsibilities: Working with a Picaboo Yearbooks Dealer in your area to achieve sales targets Identifying prospective accounts and decision maker in the school, community and business sectors (Most leads and exclusive territory are provided) Nurturing leads Evaluating needs, scheduling sales presentations and demonstrating our yearbook solutions with decision:makers and influencers Leading interactive Q and A sessions, and providing sales material (e.g. brochures and other materials) Closing "win:win" sales and facilitating agreement sign:off Working cooperatively with your territory Dealer and sales support team who are there to help you manage the account after the sale Key skills and attributes: Willingness and ability to travel within local area Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision Excellent communication skills and the ability to make cold calls Excellent evaluation, presentation, negotiation and closing skills Strong organization and follow up skills are essential Average (or above) technology, computer and Internet communication skills
