Description We are looking to hire dependable, responsible, adult role models to mentor Native American and Hispanic high school students in a college prep program. Knowledge of Hispanic and Native American Culture desired. The chosen mentors will live in the residence halls for the week and may help students with writing skills, presentations on college life, and mentor high school students in college skills needed to succeed as a student. You must be able to commit the entire week and stay in the residence halls.
Number of Openings 2 male and 2 female
Salary/Wage $300.00 for the week plus housing and meals
Work Hours June 3- June 7, 2013. (Full week commitment)
Qualifications Must be 20 years or older with a valid Drivers license and passed the SUU Motor Pool driving requirement. Applicants must be comfortable driving high school students in mini vans to St. George, Ephraim, and other local destinations as assigned.
