Southern Utah University Facilities Management announces the launch of a new online water-wise shrub tour. The site features photos, plant descriptions and campus locations for over 30 shrubs adapted for use in drought-resistant environments. It joins the SUU Campus Arboretum and Tree Tour as an additional resource for those wishing to learn more about plants used in university landscapes. SUU Facilities Management has made this site available to encourage community members in their own water conservation efforts. The site is useful for gardeners, educators and leaders of Scouting/youth groups, in addition to the SUU Community. The “Drought Tolerant Shrub Tour” may be found at suu.edu/ad/facilities/grounds/shrubmap.
