As the spring semester draws to a close, SUU’s Ceramics Guild offers everyone the opportunity to shop for a unique graduation or Mother’s Day gift at the Spring Fundraising Sale, which takes place Wednesday through Friday, April 18–20, in the Living Room of the Sharwan Smith Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The sale is open to the general public who are encouraged to attend. The end of the semester Spring Fundraising Sale features beautifully rendered items created by the talented students who are Ceramics Majors. Many of these creations are not only beautiful works of art but are functional as well. There will be a lovely variety of cups, bowls and vases available for purchase. All items are moderately priced. A portion of the proceeds from the Spring Fundraising Sale supports the visiting artist program in ceramics.
