Southern Utah University’s Agriculture Club will once again be hosting the annual FFA Land, Livestock, Horse & Range Judging Contest. The contest will take place Tuesday, September 28, at the Diamond Z Arena. Students from all over the state will be participating in this year’s event, which is held annually in Cedar City as preliminary “warm-up” meet to help students prepare for state competition. Last year’s event saw the highest number of participants with over 500 high school students attending. Organizers expect even more blue FFA jackets to flood SUU and Cedar City this year.
