One of the goals of Southern Utah University is to give a gift of education that will improve the life of each and every student which can never be taken away but can be grown each and everyday. Please help us give the gift of education to our students, that can only grow to better each student and the world around them. Your contributions of time, efforts, comments, or resources will be very beneficial to the lifelong gift of education and success of our students, which will be greatly appreciated. - Identify the donation designation section and designate 'Other'
- Put 'Business School Donation' in the 'Other' section
- Identify one of the following specific scholarship funds to donate to and put the name of the fund in the 'Other' section as well.

- School of Business General Scholarship Fund
- School of Business Technology Fund
- Complete the rest of the information on the form
- Submit the form
