Foundation for the MBA Program

Students without a bachelor's degree in a business field must satisfy the following foundation requirements before beginning work in the advanced courses (MBA courses). It is required that non-business students take 34 credits of undergraduate courses (or 25 credits of graduate leveling and undergraduate coursework) as pre-requisites to the MBA program.

  4. ECON 2010 - Microeconomics
  5. ECON 2020 - Macroeconomics
  6. MKTG 3010 - Marketing Principles
  7. MGMT 3100 - Production/Operations Management
  8. MGMT 3180 - Management & Organizations
  9. FIN 3250 - Managerial Finance
  10. MATH 1100 or ECON 2500 - Quantitative Methods
  11. MATH 2040 – Business Statistics
Graduate Leveling w/ Undergraduate Foundation Courses (25 Credits)
  1. ACCT 6000 – Accounting Foundations
  2. ACCT 2050 – Business Law
  3. ECON 6000 – Economics Foundations
  4. MKTG 3010 – Marketing Principles
  5. MGMT 6000 – Management Foundations
  6. FIN 3250 – Managerial Finance
  7. MATH 1100 or ECON 2500 – Quantitative Methods
  8. MATH 2040 – Business Statistics
