Lodging

• A special rate has been negotiated on a block of rooms at the Best Western Town and Country Inn for the nights of Wednesday, 10/10/12 through Saturday, 10/13/12 (with check-out on Sunday). The rate is $65 for a room, which is either a king or two queens. (The rates are subject to state and local taxes. Current tax rate is 10.3%.) You must call the Reservation Department at 1-800-493-4089 and request the group rate code "MCCCC". Reservation information can be found on their website. Reservations must be made by Sunday, September 9, 2012. Reservations received after the cutoff date will be subject to availability and the current daily rate.
• A special rate has been negotiated on a block of rooms at the Crystal Inn for the nights of Wednesday, 10/10/12 through Friday, 10/12/12 (with check-out on Saturday). The rate is $65 for a single/double, and $75 for a triple/quad. (The rates are subject to state and local taxes. Current tax rate is 10.3%.) You must call the Reservation Department at 1-888-787-6661 and request the group rate code MCCCC. Reservation requests must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or be guaranteed with a major credit card. This guarantee is due 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations should be received 30 days prior to arrival in order for a full refund to apply. Reservations must be made by Friday, September 7, 2012. Reservations received after the cutoff date will be subject to availability and the current daily rate. Hotel arrival time is 3:00 p.m.; departure time is 12:00 noon.
