Kholoud Al-Qubbaj is currently an Assistant Professor of Humanities. She received her doctorate at New Mexico State University where she conducted research in curriculum and instruction, as well as bilingual education. Prior to that, Kholoud received her Master of Arts degree in Education and ESL, and her Bachelor’s degree in English Language at An-Najah National University. She has published multiple times, most recently her book Acculturation Among Arabic Children and Their Families in the USA and a research study titled “Gender Identity and Religious Practices of First Generation Muslim Women in the U.S.” In 2012, she edited the published book Dimensions of Global Diversity. For the past twelve years, she has taught Diversity and Arabic Language.
