You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether by you or someone else. For this reason, do not give out your password. If your account is used by someone else, you will be held responsible for any consequences resulting from their actions. If you feel that your password has been compromised, change it immediately. Please note that the minimum length on the password is five characters, which can include either letters or numbers. In order to change your password, select from the main menu, or within XP, press Ctrl+Alt+Del at the same time, and select Change Password.
- Change your password now.
- Look up your account if you don't know your username or your Tnumber.
- Reset your password if you have forgotten it.
If you are faculty or staff you need to submit a support request or contact your IT support person to change your password.
You will only be able to log in to eLearning/Canvas if you are enrolled in a class that is currently using eLearning. Not all classes use the eLearning/Canvas systems. Your username and password for eLearning/Canvas are the same ones you use to access school computers and the mySUU portal. If your username and password do not work, you should speak to a lab technician. You can also find more information at the eLearning/Canvas Help Desk.
Banner SelfServe is used for registration, payment and grades. You can access the Banner system through the mySUU portal.
