Enter the course for which you would like an eLearning shell created.
- If you want to request more than one course shell, then simply submit the form multiple times, each time with new information.
- Please indicate whether the shell will be to support a traditional classroom based course, or if it is a distance education course.
- If you want the new course based on an existing course, please indicate. If left blank, then a blank course will be created.
