The mission of Parking Services is to maintain a safe and efficient parking system that continuously adapts to growth of the University community and its visitors.
In accordance with the delegation of authority granted to the governing authority of Southern Utah University, parking and traffic rules are adopted. All faculty, staff, students, and visitors operating vehicles on campus are required to comply with the SUU parking rules and regulations. SUU Registration and Parking of vehicle policy #5.25
Our office is located in the Sharwan Smith Student Center room 201.
Office hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Changes to parking privileges
Beginning fall 2013, any faculty, staff or student that wishes to park in any red, blue, gray, or yellow lot on campus is required to purchase and display a SUU parking permit. Those with the Collegiate Plate may purchase a permit for half price. Vehicles displaying both an SUU plate and a parking permit are allowed to park in any unrestricted stall in any lot on campus. Vehicles with a Collegiate Plate may park without a parking permit in visitor parking lots designated with yellow signs at each entrance or in open lots designated by green signs.

Green (open) lots remain free and do not require a permit.
