1. Complete an application for admission and pay the application fee
2. Request official transcripts for all colleges and/or universities attended be sent to:
   SUU Admissions Office

   Cedar City, UT 84720
3. If less than 24 transferrable credits post high school, request a high school transcript
4. View additional requirements for Graduate Programs
