SUU Jr. Ballroom
The SUU Ballroom Dance Company would like to welcome you to our first annual Youth Ballroom Dance Camp. Your child will attend 3 classes to learn a dance routine choreographed by the Ballroom Dance Company. This is an exclusive oportunity for you and your child to learn more about the art of balroom dance while becoming involved in the community. Class Schedule
November 20: 4:00-6:00pm
November 21: 4:00-6:00pm
November 22: 9:00-11:00am
Your child must attend all 3 classes. All classes will be held at the On Stage Dance Studio on 599 N 800 W #8. Please make arrangements to drop off and pick up your child on time!
Classes
Students of Different ages will attend seperate classes, each learning a different ballroom dance. The classes will be as follows:
Two-step Swing (K-1st grade)
Triple Swing (2nd-4th grade)
Cha cha (5th grade and up)
Performance
All participants will have the opportunity to perform a pre-show for the SUU Ballroom Dance Company Concert, "Simply Ballroom" on November 22! They will be given an exclusive Jr. Ballroom t-shirt to perform in and afterward participants will then be allowed to watch the concert free of charge!
Enrollment Fees
$30 for one student
$25 each for two or more siblings
All fees are due on November 20th. Please make checks payable to SUU Ballroom Dance Company.
Registration
Registration is not due in advance, simply bring the form and enrollment fees to the first class. Tshirts are youth sizes. If you have any questions, feel free to call Alli Porter. The registration form can be found online.
