The Southern Utah University Ballroom Dance Company hosts SUU's first annual World of Dance featuring diverse groups from around campus. Experience cultures from around the world as students perform dances in a variety of genres from over 20 countries. Featuring beautiful costumes, rich cultural history, and exciting dancing, this celebration of dance is sure to delight audiences of all backgrounds.

Masquerade Ball

Date: January 22nd

Enjoy elegant music, dancing, tail suits and dresses- and of course elaborately decorated masks. Join us for a night of mystery, romance, and magic- a night where anything is possible! This traditional ball is sure to be an evening to remember!

Simply Ballroom Showcase

Date: April 9th and 10th

The Southern Utah University Ballroom Dance Company will amaze you as they perform their award-winning showcase Simply Ballroom. Audiences will be treated to breath-taking lifts, beautiful costumes, and a variety of ballroom dances including the exciting latin Samba of Brazil, the majestic Slow Waltz of Austria, the rhythmical Cha Cha from Cuba, and the intense Spanish Paso Doble.
