$400 of program price should be paid directly to SUU's Office of International Outreach.  The remaining amount should be paid to EF Tours

ADD $145 TO THE EF TOURS PRICE IF YOU ENROLL AFTER DECEMBER 31

Price includes: tuition and fees; airfare; lodgings; breakfasts; dinner on days 2,5,7,9, and 11; transportation between cities and tour sites, 7 guided tours, 6 visits to special attractions, international health and travel insurance (insurance provided by SUU- you don't need to purchase EF Tours' insurance)

Price does NOT include:  lunches and dinners not mentioned above , personal travel and expenses, passport fee

EF Tours Application Date and $95 deposit:  Before December 15, 2007 - After that, price will be increased

SUU Application and $400 payment: January 15

EF Tours deposit 30 days after you enroll: $400

EF Tours remaining payment: February 1, 2008

SUU's payment should be sent to or paid at the SUU Office of International Programs, HCC 103, Southern Utah University, Cedar City, UT 84720.



$125 plus any unrecoverable costs to the Office of International Programs at the time of withdrawal are nonrefundable.  Any refundable amount will be decided upon by the SUU Study Abroad Committee. To withdraw, the applicant must formally file a letter of withdrawal with the Office of International Programs. If an applicant is determined ineligible to participate, the $400 SUU payment will be refunded

Program prices are contingent upon the dollar/program site currency exchange rate. Prices may increase if the dollar’s value drops below the estimated exchange value to cover the increased amount. For the 2008 summer programs, prices were estimated at $1.50/1 Euro for European countries, and $2.00/1 Pound for London. Applicants will be informed of any price increases or decreases for their program before the final payment is made to the program provider. If the applicant chooses to withdraw from the program due to a price increase based on the exchange rate, the Refund Policy stated above will be enacted.
