SUU Orientation

New StudentsTraditional New Student
New Traditional Student Orientation is for students who are attending SUU for the first time and have less than 24 post high school college credits. Orientation activities include meeting your academic advisor, learning about campus resources, and experiencing SUU traditions. 

Transfer StudentsTransfer Express
Transfer Express Orientation is for students who have transferred from another college or university to SUU after high school. Non-traditional students (over age 25, married, or with children) are also welcome to attend. This abbreviated program includes information on academic advising, the EDGE project, and transfer student resources. 

International StudentsInternational Student
International students should attend our New Traditional Student Orientation program. Orientation activities include meeting your academic advisor, learning account campus resources, and experiencing SUU traditions.

Aviation StudentsAviation Student

Students enrolling in our SUU Professional Pilot Program may attend an Aviation Orientation, which is an abbreviated version of our Traditional Student Orientation. Topics include Veteran's Affairs, academic advising, student services, Cedar City 101, and the EDGE Project.
