The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records.

The request must be in writing, signed by the student and must be personally delivered to the Office of the Registrar or to the custodian of the records in question by the student making the request. • A student may seek the correction of educational records that are inaccurate or inappropriate, through established procedures.
