Official Transcripts

Requests for transcripts must be received in writing, as your signature is required as authorization to release your transcript.  You may visit the office to order a transcript with your Photo ID, or you may fill out the Transcript Request Form below which can be faxed or mailed to us.  If you are unable to access the form, you may send a letter of request with the information noted below.  Please allow 2-4 business days for processing.

Any Holds on record will need to be cleared before a transcript request can be processed.

Please make personal checks or money orders payable to Southern Utah University.  If you would like to submit a credit card for payment, you must include your card number and expiration date on your request.  Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express cards are accepted.  Please do not send cash through the mail.

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS:

You may view and print your unofficial transcript online (pre-1985 transcripts are not available online)

Step 1: Log in to mySUUportal

Step 2: If needed, update your contact information.

Step 3: Scroll down below the Main Menu on the left side of the page.

Step 4: Select Unofficial Academic Transcript.

Step 5: Select Submit

A printed unofficial transcript will not display your name.
