Fees

There is a onetime $10.00 Record Fee, for the first visit, to all providers in the Student Health Clinic.

There is a $5.00 fee for missed appointments that are not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment, and/or for late arrivals (15 minutes or more past a scheduled appointment).The appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Additional fees may be charged for supplies and testing. See complete fee schedule for a list of current charges. This list of fees is subject to change at any time.

All fees are due at the time of service.  A HOLD will be placed on University accounts until paid in full.

If a provider in the Student Health Clinic feels it is necessary to refer the student to community providers, specialists, the emergency room, or for laboratory tests or x-rays, the student is responsible for those costs. It is also the student's responsibility to purchase prescriptions that have been prescribed. There are several community pharmacies to choose from. Local pharmacies can be found in the Yellow Pages under "Pharmacy" or "Pharmacies".

The Student Health Clinic does not bill insurance providers. Most charges at the clinic are less than office co-pay.
