- *1 Cost includes 1 hour of design and print time. Any time spent over 1 hour will be billed at $10/hour.
- *2 Details of the event such as time, date, location, and cost will likely be printed as text with small additional graphics. Our space is limited and shared.
- *3 Text will be sent to all those currently signed on to SUUSA's Activity Alert list.
- *4 Upper Campus Kiosk. Already-printed publications go in for free, if they fit. We can also design custom sizes to be put in the Kiosk for $1.50/foot2.
- *5 Custom sizes and paper are available upon request. Banners may only be hung 3 days prior to an event. We are subject to building posting policies.
- *6 Black and white and heavyweight paper banners will be priced differently. Very large custom-sized banners may receive a lower rate at our discretion.
- *7 Package options are not adjustable. Other standard publications can be added on for their own base cost. More billed design time may apply.
Our Policies:
- Rush charges may apply for less than 10 days notice.
- SUUSA Publicity will not be held accountable for information wrongfully submitted or missing information.
- Deniece Allred in the SUUSA Offices must stamp and approve anything placed in the Student Center.
- SUUSA Publicity will not release proofs or prints until billing information is received.
