What is a Bachelor’s Degree?
A Bachelor's Degree is a Four-year programs that provides in-depth, specialized knowledge in a major or field of study. Southern Utah University offers more than 150 programs.
Bachelor’s Degrees prepare students for employment in fields ranging from accounting to theatre. The undergraduate degree can also be used to prepare for future studies at the graduate level.
What is the difference between a B.A. and a B.S.?
A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) requires 16 credit hours of a foreign language or a proficiency exam. A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) requires a minimum of 12 credit hours of math or science.
