Cedar Livestock & Heritage Festival
Iron County has rich and inspiring history which is worth celebrating. Fall is a very special time of the year, for it means the harvesting of crops and the trailing of livestock from the high mountain ranges to the desert for winter, which is a yearly tradition. May we never forget the people, animals and resources that built such a great community and legacy.

Frontier Homestead Folk Festival
Over 30 artists from Utah, Arizona and Nevada will be at the event to offer a unique and hand-crafted shopping experience for all who visit. Take a chance to browse the unique shops, stop to listen to music from our wonderful performers, and stroll through the Homestead to experience traditional crafts and activities. We hope to create a frontier atmosphere which can be enjoyed by the entire family.

The Utah Shakespeare Festival is part of Southern Utah University, a relationship that has helped foster the growth and viability of the Festival for over fifty years. Southern Utah University’s more than 150 undergraduate and nine graduate programs across six academic colleges are fully accredited, but the university is much more than classrooms and textbooks. SUU is the only university in Utah to guarantee every one of our 8,000 students will graduate with a diploma and field experience, through internships, undergraduate research, or study abroad. The philosophy at the university is that four years of tuition should get you a job you love, not just a fancy piece of paper.

Cedar Breaks National Monument hosts an annual wildflower extravaganza that you don't want to miss. There's cushion phlox, aspen bluebells, kittentails and more in the forests and meadows. The festival includes guided hikes, wildflower checklists, and lots of family-friendly games and activities every weekend during the festival.
