Each two-person apartment includes a full kitchen with all major appliances, a furnished living room with television and eat-in area. Apartments have one bedroom with a king-style bed and bathroom.

Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. A vanity with a sink is located in each bathroom.
Bedrooms and common areas feature wireless connectivity for internet, tv connection, window blinds, and wall-to-wall carpeting.
Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their apartment and should stock household cleaners. Resident Assistants provide temporary access to vacuum cleaners upon request. Repairs and regular maintenance of residence halls are performed by University Housing Maintenance. Residents may submit maintenance requests online.
