An apartment-style housing community that supports a more socially connected student. Each two-person apartment includes a full kitchen with all major appliances, a furnished living room and eat-in area. Apartments have a shared bedroom and bathroom.

Bedrooms and common areas feature wireless connectivity for internet, cable tv connection, window blinds, and wall-to-wall carpeting.

Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their apartment and should stock household cleaners. Resident Assistants provide temporary access to vacuum cleaners upon request. Repairs and regular maintenance of residence halls are performed by University Housing Maintenance. Residents may submit maintenance requests online.
