Women and Gender Studies

Southern Utah University’s Women and Gender Studies Program centers on interdisciplinary studies that foster diverse perspectives on gender, race, class, sexuality, nationality, citizenship, ability, and religion. The program emphasizes critical thinking, analysis, social justice, and community outreach through coursework, special programming, service projects, and internships in regional, national, and global contexts.
