On Friday, Oct. 21, more than 60 graduate programs will be coming to Southern Utah University to allow T-Birds to learn more about their options after they receive their bachelor’s degree.
As part of the University’s motto, “Learning Lives Forever,” we hope for all students to get the education they need to be successful—and to always keep learning. SUU is already seeing an interest from past students according to a survey taken by 641 2010 graduates. In the survey 25 percent indicated they would be pursuing a degree beyond earning a bachelor’s.
Career & Professional Development Coordinator Megen Ralphs says this fair will be beneficial to all type of students. She says even if students aren’t seniors or aren’t sure if they want to go to graduate school this fair will allow them to explore their options.
This fair also allows students to look at numerous programs and find the one that is best for them.
Ralphs encourage students to come dressed either professionally or business casual and prepared with questions they might want to ask the programs.
The fair will be in the Sharwan Smith Center Ballroom from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
