Meet the New President of Southern Utah University

The campus and local communities are invited to join the Utah State Board of Regents and Southern Utah University Board of Trustees in welcoming SUU's new president, to likely be announced in a public meeting Friday, November 22, at 4 p.m. in the Great Hall.

The announcement will follow closed session interviews with the Regents and the University's four presidential finalists. Doors to the Great Hall will open at 3:45 p.m., and guests are welcome to arrive early, should deliberations conclude earlier than expected*.

Following the formal introduction of SUU's 16th leader, the University will host an open reception where the public can meet the new leader. Both the reception and formal announcement are open to all, and the public is encouraged to come out in support of Southern Utah University's future.

*The Board of Regents may, however, convene at another time, which will be announced at a later date.
