Fresh Living Interview with SUU Community on the Go

(KUTV) — SUU Community on the Go launched two years ago and offers educational experiences for adults. Trips are affordable, fun and faculty-led. Upcoming trips include Christmas in London in December, Chicago Art & Theater led by directors of Southern Utah Museum of Art and Utah Shakespeare Festival. This summer, SUU Community on the Go launches its new Southern Utah Summer Experience program featuring expert-led adventures for those traveling to the southern Utah region. 17 experiences center around Iron County culture, history, scenery and recreation. Explore the Old Spanish Trail, historic iron mining and National Parks tourism operations, enjoy a frontier wagon ride and cowboy dinner, and learn from Paiute Tribe elders about native petroglyphs and archaeology. All summer long, enjoy Sunday morning brunch with a history or geology expert at the new Iron Springs Adventure Resort.
