On March 30 a campus wide email was sent to all students about the transition to online services for the Counseling & Psychological Services office.

Subject: CAPS Online Drop-In Discussion Groups - Adjusting to the COVID-19 Pandemic

SUU Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is facilitating drop-in virtual discussion groups to help students survive and thrive during these challenging times.

Join us for an Online Drop-In Discussion Group to help manage adjustment to difficulties related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Each meeting will start with a short presentation of helpful tools to manage this challenging situation. The session will then open to conversation between participants to share ideas and find support. Topics may include: managing COVID-19 anxiety, transition to online learning, self-care during times of isolation, ideas for staying healthy, etc.

Click on the link in each of the descriptions at the appointed time and you will be able to join the group. Return as many times as you like. No registration or RSVP is required.
