IAOTP cited her outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to the industry as reasons for this honor.

IAOTP is an international organization that handpicks the world’s top professionals across various industries. Membership requires being nominated by a distinguished honorary member and only a few individuals from each discipline are selected.

"Choosing Ms. Brotherson for this honor was an easy decision for our panel to make,” said Stephanie Cerami, the president of IAOTP. “She is inspirational, influential, and a true visionary and thoughtful leader. We cannot wait to celebrate her accomplishments at this year's gala."

Brotherson graduated from SUU with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2007. From there she completed a Masters of Social Work from the University of Utah and received a license in clinical social work.

In 2017, Brotherson established Hope Unlimited, a counseling service in St. George, Utah. In addition to treating patients of all ages, Brotherson supervises two additional therapists at her practice. She is also a lecturer on human development and family relationships at Utah Tech University and an active public speaker in her field.

The IAOTP selection is not the first industry recognition Brotherson has received. In 2023, she was awarded Excellence in Mental Health Care from Marquis Who’s Who and this year she will be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and considered for the Empowered Woman Award. Brotherson attributes her success to hard work, dedication, and hope for the future. She hopes to continue to use her platform to inspire and influence those getting into her field.
