Promotion File Requirements

You must submit an image file in at least one of these dimensions:

• Portrait - 1080x1920
• Landscape - 1920x1080
• Bridge - 3840x1080

There are 12 living room windows. 

• 8 windows are 27" x 48"
• 4 windows are 48" x 48"

Submissions should be smaller than the dimensions and requests for this space should be submitted in both sizes. The file upload will not need to be full size, since those interested will be responsible for printing the graphics themselves once approved. A proof image is required for review. Further instructions will be provided upon approval. 

• You can request up to 3 A-Frames
• Image files must be 24"x36"
• Sponsoring department will be responsible for printing the posters.
• Instructions on picking up A-Frames will be provided upon approval. 
• An image proof of the proposed design is required on submission for the review process.
• Please do not send us the full size image before approval has been received. 

• Image file needs to be 1275x1650px or 4.25" x 5.5"
• There are 20 table tents available. 

• There are 12 boards across campus
• File submission must be less than 11" x 17"
• Students are responsible for printing their own papers and getting the stamp of approval from the STIL Center (ST 177) 
• Image proof will be required on submission for approval, it does not need to be the full file size since printing will be the submitter's responsibility

• File submissions must be 3' x 11' or smaller
• There are three spots for banners around campus
  • just east of the Student Center
  • by the parking lot
  • on the corner of University Blvd and 800 W. 

• File submissions can be any dimensions
• Students will need to provide their own signs.

• Size 1: 8.5" x 11"
• Size 2: 11" x 17" 
• Organizations can request up to two of each size.
