SUU uses Windows Media Server from Microsoft to provide the webcast. You will need to have the appropriate software installed on your machine if you do not have it already. When you follow the link to the broadcast, the player should open and connect to the server. If your computer indicates that you don't have the necessary application or it doesn't seem to be working right, download the latest version.
For PC: Download the latest version of Windows Media Player. It is recommended that you upgrade to the latest version for optimal performance.
For Mac: Download Windows Media Components for QuickTime, by Flip4Mac. This allows you to play Windows Media video in Quicktime or internet videos in your web browser.
A broadband connection is recommended.
