Crystal Maggelet is the Chairman and CEO of FJ Management Inc which includes Maverik, a 260 convenience store chain, and Big West Oil petroleum refinery. Maggelet earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and her MBA from Harvard. She then began her work back when introducing Crystal Inn hotel company back in 1993. She then founded MacCall Management, L.L.C. with her husband, Chuck Maggelet. After years of developing and managing within the hotel industry, she became the CEO or FJ Management. Maggelet is also actively managing the FJ Impact Fund which helps rains money for education and scholarships.
