Steve Nelson is a founding partner and real estate broker for Stratum Real Estate Group. Stratum was formed in 2010. Now, Stratum has branch offices in St. George, Cedar City, Duck Creek, and the Wasatch Front with specialized knowledge in residential, investment, commercial, construction, and foreclosure. Stratum Real Estate is focused on building relationships founded on honesty, and integrity, where people always come before money. Steve has been very involved civically and has sat on the board of directors of the Local Realtors Association, was a founding board member and board chairman for the GPA charter school, served on the Lions Club board, and Chaired Cedar City’s Downtown Economic committee. He currently serves on the executive committee of Cedar City’s local soccer club CCFC. Additionally, Steve and his wife Gena own and run two local hotels, the El Rey Inn and Stratford Court. They have four children and live in Cedar City, Utah.
