The MBA program at the Dixie L. Leavitt School of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide.
Foundation
Students who do not hold a business undergraduate degree from an AACSB-accredited institution must take BA 6000: Business Foundations alone in their first term. This course is only available online.
Core Courses
The MBA program at SUU allows flexibility in available emphasis and elective areas. However, the core of the program is the same regardless of emphasis. MBA core classes can be completed on-campus or online.
Online Emphases and Options in the SUU MBA Program
The SUU MBA program is devoted to helping students accomplish their career goals. In an effort to accomplish this we offer a variety of emphasis areas that allow students to focus their MBA program to their specific interests.
Not all emphasis courses will be available in an on campus format. However, students attending on campus are still welcome to complete any emphasis area offered.
MBA Program Benefits
Flexibility
Students can self select each semester to take 1-4 courses. Students can opt to take summer courses or take summers off.
Online or On-Campus
Some students prefer in class instruction, some prefer the flexibility of online, so we offer both.
