Zoom Webinar Request

Center for Teaching Innovation provides Zoom Webinar Licenses for SUU departments to utilize for large events or guest speakers without additional cost. While Zoom Webinars are similar to Zoom meetings, there are some key differences you should be aware of if you are requesting a Zoom webinar. These include:

• Panelists receiving unique URLs for the webinar (should not be shared)
• Webinars do not have the ability to conduct breakout rooms
• Q&A feature allows attendees to submit questions
• Chat can be disabled
• Attendees cannot turn on their own video and audio
