The Chemistry degree with a Health Care Emphasis prepares students for advanced degrees in health sciences or chemistry. Coursework includes Quantitative Analysis, Calculus, Chemical Literature, Physics, Biology, and Quantum and Spectroscopy.

Chemistry Labs and Facilities

Students gain hands-on experience in modern, fully-equipped labs with the latest instruments like nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, and high-pressure liquid chromatography. Specialized learning programs include the Environmental Water Laboratory, Ashcroft Astronomical Observatory, and Cold Molecular Laser Lab.

American Chemical Society Certification

Teaching License Option
