Event Decorum
For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, the following items are prohibited in the venue:
- No Signs
- No Weapons
- No Alcohol
- No Large Bags or Backpacks
ADA Requests
Please complete the ADA request form for all graduates & guests who will require special ADA accommodations Graduation weekend. Requests should be made by Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
Official Graduation Photos
A professional photographer from Island Photography will be taking photographs of each graduate as they are recognized at the college convocations. Within 48 hours after your college convocation, you will be emailed a secure link and a PIN to view and order your photos.Register the emails of family and friends so they receive a direct link to your proofs. Flowers and T-Shirts
Floral bouquets and leis will be available for purchase at three different locations surrounding the America First Event Center, along with a commemorative t-shirt. For a contact-free customer experience, purchase your flowers and t-shirt in advance and then pick-up your order on site at any one of the booths on commencement day.
