Early Alert
The Early Alert System can only be accessed by faculty and advisors through Success Hub.
If this concern is regarding a Title IX issue or if a student is an immediate threat to themselves or the safety of others, please call the following offices:

Submitting an Alert
To submit an alert, faculty will take the following steps:
- Log into your mySUU Portal.
- Click on "Class Lists and Photo Rosters" on the left hand side under the "Apps" section.
- Select the proper class.
- Click on "Submit an Alert" next to the student's profile and follow the prompts.
Procedures to Follow
- Select an alert reason and include a comment with as much information about the alert as possible
- You will receive a confirmation email when your alert has been submitted
- Once submitted someone on our Early Alert Response Team will claim the alert and reach out to the student within 1-3 business days.
- Please understand that due to FERPA or per the student's request, our team may be be providing/relaying detail on what they have learned about the students situation. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Rachel Brindley at rachelbrindley@suu.edu.
