When Micah Keith is at the grocery store, he energetically notices new products, new packaging and how food is placed on the shelf. As an Innovation Manager in Nestle's baking division, he is constantly thinking about food.

Keith's optimistic love of business and marketing stems from his undergraduate education at Southern Utah University. There, he discovered his purpose studying business and taking advantage of leadership opportunities in student government.

After attending SUU, Keith earned his MBA at the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business. He began working in food marketing at Heinz Corporation and moved to Nestle’s baking division in 2012. Now he oversees product development for iconic brands such as Nestle Toll House, Libby’s Pumpkin and Carnation Milk.

From product to packaging and from shelf to plate, Keith thinks about your food before you make the shopping list.

Micah graduated in 2006 with a degree in Finance
