Outdoor Pathways
Outdoor Pathways provides students with opportunities to connect to the outdoors and become capable professionals and public land stewards through experiential education and work based learning.
What We Do
The IIC
The Intergovernmental Internship Cooperative (IIC) is a partnership between Southern Utah University, various land management agencies and Native American tribes of southern Utah, northern Arizona and eastern Nevada.
The Mountain Center
With Cedar Canyon located just a short drive from campus, SUU has acquired off-campus facilities to allow our guests to see the natural wonders of southern Utah. These options double as lodging for guests opting to spend the night.
Research Team
See our Forest Service work, such as, the Design and Analysis Toolkit for Inventory and Monitoring (DATIM) project, National Ownership Management System (NOMS), and Business Operation Software System (BOSS).
Partnerships & Resources
We work closely with various partners to connect the SUU community with the outdoors.
About Us
Our passion for nature and public lands drive us to provide unique opportunities for students and the SUU community to become stewards of the outdoors.
