Commercial Music Major

SUU is excited to offer students the opportunity to major in Commercial Music. Students in this major will have the chance to take classes in music technology, audio recording techniques, songwriting, and music entrepreneurship. Commercial Music majors will also have the option to perform popular music styles with our major specific Ensemble Alternate Currents. In addition to earning a music degree, students in this major will attend national networking events, and graduate with recording software certification.
